Working philosophy
I always work from objective data: a daily questionnaire, Whoop when available, and periodic functional assessments. The decision is always shared with the coaching staff.
Physical trainer and sports injury rehabilitation specialist
Coming back after an injury is not a matter of luck.
I've spent over ten years supporting amateur and semi-professional athletes with their physical preparation and their return to competition after an injury.
I focus on prevention, functional rehabilitation and weekly monitoring of load and wellbeing based on objective data, not intuition.
Your week is built from what your body can take this week, and it gets adjusted whenever the numbers say otherwise.
You record yourself doing the exercise and I write the feedback anchored to the exact second you need to watch. No more "I'll explain it on Thursday".
From the day you get injured to the day you compete again. The all-clear is decided with the physiotherapist and the coaching staff, not the calendar.
A one-minute questionnaire every day and, if you wear one, your watch data. That way fatigue shows up before it turns into an injury, not after.
For those who compete every weekend and want the whole season under control.
For those already diagnosed who want to compete again without a relapse.
For those already training on their own who just want an outside eye.
